Job Description
Accounts Team Member - APPC
Job Role:-
• Create & monitor a system of control, procedures & forms for the recordation of fixed asset
• Reconciliation of Asset Disposal/Retirement with AR Module & FA Module
• Ensuring timely closure of Asset Addition,Disposal,Movement etc
• Reconciliation of Financial Ledgers of fixed Asset with Trial Balance
• Monitoring of Depreciation Rate as per Companies & Income Tax Act
• Co-ordination & follow-up with the department for open items/issues
• Reconciliation/Conduct periodic check towards physical counts for Physical Verification of Assets
• Conducting analysis relating to Fixed Asset as requested by management & department
• Preparing/Assisting in Financial Audit & Other Audits relating to Fixed Asset
• Capital Budgeting
GSTR1 & GSTR2 Recon/Review

Job requirement-
• Should have minimum 2years of experience in the same field
• Should have knowledge of accounting software preferably Oracle
• Ability to handle multiple task
• Strong interpersonal/communication skill
