1. To answer the queries of the guests through mail & over the phone & up selling the services using the best sales skills 2. Responsible for achieving set revenue targets by maximising sales along with the team 3. Ensure that customer queries/complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner 4. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing quality services to meet individual customer needs. 5. To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of product(s) to secure new business 6. Complies with administration requirements & ensures productive use of all resources to achieve organisational objectives 7. High energy levels, good analytical & problem solving skills, organising skills, positive attitude 8. To ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information 9. To ensure they have knowledge of our own and competitors titles in order to achieve the requirements of this role 10. To constantly seek out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that company and team targets are met Preferred candidate profile 1. 8+ years of experience in Reservations. Industry preference - Hotels, Hospitality firms, Serviced Apartments. 2. Strong leadership skills with a can do attitude 3. People with experience within both Revenue management and Reservations will be preferred 4. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written). 5. Must be energetic, highly motivated and self-driven, with a positive approach of handling tasks. 6. Strong team player with a passion for customer service and travel. 7. Proven ability to contribute in a high paced environment. 8. Ability to prioritise multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently in a very fast paced environment. Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm IST (flexible for 24*7) + Weekend working as per Roster
