Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Ernakulam
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting, including 2 years as an accounts manager
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger functions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements (e.g., P&L statements, balance sheets).
• Optimize cash flow and manage banking activities to maintain ideal cash balances.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and generate client account statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal auditors and promptly address audit findings. Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff for efficient task completion.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for strategic tax planning, compliance, and filing.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
• Ability to prepare detailed financial reports.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Immediate availability preferred (within 2 to 4 days).
• Candidates based in Ernakulam highly preferred.
