Work You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Good verbal/ written English communication.
• Following up with allocated customers delicately and diligently to get payment updates through emails and over phone conversation as well.
• Forecasting the Cash collections for month end.
• Evaluating customer\xe2\x80\x99s credit data and financial status regularly.
• Pro-actively support on disputes by reaching out to concerned internal team members such as Cash Application team, Billing team, Customer service and sales team to resolve their queries on an invoice.
• Constantly schedule calls with on-site team to fulfill their expectation towards process.
• Liaise with A/R Collections team leader to achieve the collections\xe2\x80\x99 goal.
• Support order entry team in releasing the credit block by following stipulated guidelines
• Manage invoice portals for specific customers by uploading sales invoices into portal in a timely manner.

Team:

• This role will be setup in the Hillenbrand Global shared service Organization \xe2\x80\x93 Coimbatore, India. This role will have the opportunity to work with and learn from teams that are geographically diverse (Asia, Europe, and North America)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of any accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping
