Job descriptionPlease find the below JD
- University graduate/ Post Graduate / Masters / Qualified accountant
- 8-10 years of experience
- Excellent accounting knowledge, in Accounts Receivable
- Should have BPO (third party vendor) exposure of at least 3 years
- Experience with ERP preferred
- Proven experience in process improvement/transformation
- Prior experience of leading teams
a) Oversee and supervise team leaders
b) Team Employee engagement
c) Managing client expectations
d) Define Goals & Performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them in achieving the same
e) Track and monitor transition progress across processes
f) Responsible for process audits and compliances
g) Single point of contact (operations issues)
