Accounts Receivable - MumbaiJob Summary:Join a leading SaaS-Enabled Talent Marketplace for Sales as an Accounts Receivable Executive positions you as a vital asset within our finance operations team. Your role entails overseeing the day-to-day financial activities, including customer management, invoice processing, and collections. As an Accounts Receivable Executive, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing according to contractual terms, timely collection of payments, transaction verification and recording, resolution of account discrepancies, and other duties aimed at securing customer payments.Company Description:The company is a leading SaaS-Enabled Talent Marketplace for Sales.Location:Malad, Mumbai.Roles and Responsibilities:Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.Researching and resolving account discrepancies.Processing and recording transactions.Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.Generating reports and statements for internal use.Requirements:B.Com./M. Com/CA dropout with 5+ years experience in handling finance functions more specifically for accounts receivablesAbility to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.Sound accounting skills.Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.Having worked in a startup environment (SaaS) would be preferredERP SkillsAdept in ZohoAdept in Google WorkspaceWork type: Work from officeSalary: To be decided post-interview based on your experience, skills, and knowledge.
