The Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Team: We are responsible for handling finance and accounting processes for a division of S&P Mobility

The Impact: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, applying cash payments from customers, managing customer collections, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and various ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide timely resolutions to internal and external clients
• Review and research account balances and check validity
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are properly posted
• General reconciliations during month end close
• Data entry and maintain schedules in Microsoft Excel
• Ad hoc analysis

What We\'re Looking For:

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Adapt to quick moving business environment
• Experience performing customer collections
• 2 years + of relevant experience in a business environment
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field
• Proficient in Excel

Shift:- 2PM-11PM IST (flexibility required)
