A detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in e-invoicing and proficiency in tools such as ARIBA, Coupa, Tungsten, and Fieldglass. The role involves proactively addressing purchase order (PO) and tool-related issues, acting as a liaison between AR collectors and customers to facilitate faster payment collections. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of AR processes. Responsibilities include managing and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate invoicing, and providing exceptional customer support.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 1 Year + of relevant Experience on AR Activity\xe2\x80\x99s
• Accounting & Finance Fundamental
• Accounts Reconciliation ( Cash Management )
• B2B, e-invoicing,
• Tools knowledge like ARIBA, Coupa, Tungsten, Fieldglass etc is must
• Strong Team Work skills
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving
• Excellent Verbal and Writing and communication
• Negotiation
• Excellent Verbal and Writing and communication
• Critical Thinking

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Customer Support
• Knowledge on other tools like SAP will be an added advantage
