Job Summary:
This finance position primarily processes incoming ACH, Wire, and Check payments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research and apply incoming payments accurately and efficiently using the High Radius Cash Application module
- Investigate and resolve Cash Application exceptions.
- Update payment data as needed
- Perform other accounting or administrative duties as required
- Perform reconciliations and research exceptions as needed
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proficient MS Teams user
- Excellent communication skills and English Language proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 0 - 2years Accounts Receivable experience
- Education: B.Com
- Experience with the High Radius Cash Application module
- Experience with a Lockbox
