Responsible for, but not limited to, accounts receivables, preparing financial analysis of operations, budgetary controls and reporting; as well as developing, analyzing, and interpreting statistical and accounting information and report variances as required.Responsibilities

• Collection calls to past due accounts and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal oriented collections department
• High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers
• Accountable for reducing delinquency and improving collections days outstanding along with
• Weekly delinquency/overdue notices
• Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
• Responsible for processing sales orders and resolve client-billing problems, and provide good customer service in a timely manner
• Assist in payment applications received to proper accounts, keeping accurate accounting records of each transaction; reconciles, makes necessary adjustments or corrections
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department

Qualifications

• 2 years high volume collections and Sales Orders processing experience
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage your responsibilities
• Advanced System Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 ERP and Microsoft Suite
