The Role:



The AP/AR Clerk will support the day-to-day processes for expense reports, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable billing support packages, and collections. This role is an onsite role that will report to our office in Hyderabad, India.


What You'll Do:


• Assist with expense reports and accounts payable processes.
• Assist with the preparation of AR backup packages.
• Assist with customer invoice distributions.
• Assist with AR collections.
• Support accounting operations by filing documents and performing routine clerical accounting duties.
• Work with personnel in other departments, as required, to gather appropriate information.
• Other tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all aspects of Ora's quality system.
• Adhere to all essential systems and processes that are required at Ora to maintain compliance to Ora's data integrity & business ethics and regulatory requirements.

What We Look For:

• •Experience needed for the Role:•
+ Associate degree in accounting other related, scientific field
+ 1+ years of experience in general accounting experience.
• •Additional Skills and Attributes:•
+ Basic understanding of GAAP.
+ Ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively with other departments.
+ Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
+ Self-motivated, resourceful team player with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform multiple tasks.
+ A motivated self-starter with strong analytical and Excel skills preferred.
+ NetSuite experience preferred.
+ Prior experience in a services industry a plus.
