Job Description
QRight Solutions is looking for a US Accounts Payable Associate for a US client at Chennai.

Designation : AP Associate
Education : Any Accounting degree
Experience : 5 + years of US AP exp
Pay : upto 5.5 LPA
Location : Chennai - US shift (one way cab only)
Only F2F interview at Chennai office post 4.30 pm IST
IMMEDIATE JOINERS only
Responsibilities :
Handle the entire invoice process from invoice updating to payment.
Sending reminders for outstanding invoices.
Regularly reviewing accounts to identify and address late or missing payments.
Vendor Profile management.
Pay-Off Process: Document Verification, Fee Validation & Payment Confirmation to initiate payment.
Accurately applying vendor payments to the appropriate accounts.
Addressing Vendor inquiries and concerns related to Invoices.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports
Support for all types of Audits & Other Compliances.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
