Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our

dynamic finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring

timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. You will play a

crucial role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and adhering to company policies and

procedures.


What will your day look like:


• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
• Onboard new vendors and maintain vendor masterdata.
• Review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receive reports.
• Input invoice data into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of taxes and other deductions.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other tax-related documents.
• Assistance with tax audits and inquiries.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare reconciliations and analyze accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in AP processes.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives.


We're looking for someone with:


• 3-8 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
