Reconciliation of the Unapplied Cash Receipts account and other accounts, as assigned3. Downloads and prints out remits from various customer websites4. Monitors cash applied by the internal posting system for accuracy, and complete corrections, as needed5. Audit support for any accounts receivable related queryResearch, monitor, and report on any unapplied payments.7. Assist in reconciling customer account8. Daily balancing of cash applied and balance with the bank and Treasury.Maintain and complete necessary research on customer accounts.Offsets/Clearings and upload all remittance back-up documentation.11. Month end reporting and reconciliations - Aging, Unapplied12. Month end journal entriesRequirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance

• 2-4 years of experience in Cash Application process or Accounts Receivable process

• Should have worked in AR department pertaining to US / Europe region

• Should have good communication and email etiquette.

• Strong customer service approach

• We are in the process of bringing back people to office and candidates should be open to work from office. To begin with, we require our employees to work from office for at least 3 days a week.

• Working knowledge in Oracle ERP would be preferred
