• Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our finance team in the O2C, P2P, and R2R processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in finance and accounting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Order to Cash (O2C):
• Processing customer orders and ensuring timely billing and invoicing.
• Managing customer accounts and handling collections.
• Reconciling accounts receivable and resolving discrepancies.
Procure to Pay (P2P):
• Handling procurement processes, including purchase orders and vendor management.
• Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
• Reconciliation of accounts payable and addressing any discrepancies.
Record to Report (R2R):
• Maintaining and managing the general ledger.
• Preparing financial reports and statements.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification:
• Candidates must have completed or be pursuing a UG or PG degree in B.Com or M.Com from the batches 2022-2024.
• Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible to apply.
Screening Process:
• AMCAT Test:
? English and logical reasoning assessment.
• Operations Interview:
? Detailed interview with the operations team.
Training:
• Duration: 23 days
• Post-training, candidates will undergo 2 interviews to assess their readiness and suitability for the role.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
