THE OPPORTUNITY
MediaSense is a global media advisor, based in central London, empowering leading global and domestic brands to make more informed decisions with their media investments. An exciting opportunity has become available to be part of our fast-growing team in India, and to be a key part of the Finance function.
Note: This is an office-based role, Monday - Friday
You will be working closely with, and will report into, the Finance Manager.

THE ROLE
MediaSense requires a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Assistant/Specialist on a full-time basis who will support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day processing of financial transactions.
The role comprises of a wide range of activities:
• Responsible for the entire end to end accounts payable process
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee expense claims, provide feedback to the Finance Manager on policy enhancements and changes
• Continually update and make sure the accounting system is up to date
• Work closely with the client-facing teams to actively manage cash flow into the business
• Ownership of key month end processes including prepayments, fixed assets, foreign exchange and intercompany reconciliations
• Working closely with key budget holders and the Finance Manager to track and report spend versus budget
• Support the Finance Manager with daily and weekly cash flow forecasting
THE ESSENTIALS
You are someone with:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role;
• Knowledge of Xero platform;
• Strong attention to detail;
• A highly organised and methodical mindset;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders external to Finance;
• Experience in using the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
