Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making. Responsibilities: Financial Management:Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Manage and monitor financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles. Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop, analyze, and monitor annual budgets.
Collaborate with department heads to create accurate financial forecasts. Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. Audit and Compliance:Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Cash Flow Management:Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Implement strategies to optimize cash management. Taxation:Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Work with external tax consultants to optimize tax strategies. Financial Planning and Strategy:Contribute to the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably within the healthcare or engineering services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in financial management software and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare-specific financial regulations.
• Previous experience in managing financial operations in an engineering services company.
