Associate at the position of "Officer - Accounts" will be responsible in supporting the finance function at the Head Office. The role involves managing various financial activities related to accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company's activities.
• To record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• To process supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
• To manage customer invoicing and collections, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
• To reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• To monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• To process employee expense reports and verify supporting documentation.
• To provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
• To assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
• To prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation.
• To prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• To verify statutory documents and payouts.
REQUIREMENT
• 2+Years Experienced
• Education: MBA Finance / M.com/ B.com/BBA Finance
• Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in management systems.
• Administration skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
