Job Description

As an Accounts Officer at Tetra Corporate Office, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. Your expertise in Odoo ERP will be essential in ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Odoo ERP Management:
• Utilize Odoo ERP for all financial management tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Odoo system.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using Odoo to provide insights to management.
• Assist in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo modules related to finance.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate records for tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial transactions and queries.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,760.33 - ?29,303.33 per month
