Job Overview Our rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced account officer to keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with clients. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. Candidate must have a good knowledge of finalized accounting, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, All Tax Calculations, Import, Export, Audit, Tally Prime & Finalized Balance sheet. Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining and preparing the budget.
Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws
Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.
Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
Utilize database software to organize financial account information
Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
Requirements and skills:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounts/CA Inter
Prior experience working as an Accounting Officer or a similar position in the Accounting Department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Outstanding understanding of accounting principles and practices
Strong organizational skills

Experience
Minimum 15 years\' accounting experience in a manufacturing Unit.
