Costing & MIS ExecUtiveImportant Note: Mainly Looking for Experience in Costing, MACRO, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPPreferred Qualification MBA/CA/ ICWA Preferred OverviewNovumgen is a diverse, integrated specialty pharmaceutical and biological company focused on investing, developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative products that provide benefits to patients and prescribers.Role Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Forecast, prepare and implement budget.\xc2\xb7 Study, review and reconcile variances in reports and data.\xc2\xb7 Identify solutions for Cost Control\xc2\xb7 Month-end close activities\xc2\xb7 Cost Compare in PO (Purchase Order)\xc2\xb7 Prepare cost estimates for New Product Developments (NPD)\xc2\xb7 Budget VS Actual MI\xc2\xb7 Monthly Preparation of MIS report for Management Review & Monthly Review Meeting\xc2\xb7 Maintaining, enhancing and reporting various internal data that is used for\xc2\xb7 presentations to Executive Leadership.\xc2\xb7 Tracking performance against already established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure efficiencies, quality and productivity.\xc2\xb7 Preparing Daily, Weekly Monthly MIS Reports.\xc2\xb7 Preparing Graphs and analytical reports.\xc2\xb7 Publishing reports on dashboard.\xc2\xb7 Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools.\xc2\xb7 Design and build Microsoft Excel based analytics reports.\xc2\xb7 Presenting information through reports and visualization.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of MIS in such a manner so that quick decision can be taken and data could be retrieved within minimum period of time.\xc2\xb7 To handle multiple reports, working with formulas like- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNT, COUNTIFS, COUNTA, IFERROR, MACRO, Pivot tables etc.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Budgets Forecasts (Revenue Line, Cost Line, Provisions Balance Sheet) and presentation of budget to the MD.Role Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, MBA/ICWA / ACCA/CA Inter or relevant field.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.\xc2\xb7 Accuracy - this is an essential requirement.\xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 A flexible attitude to work with the ability to prioritize.\xc2\xb7 Good judgement skills and good memory.\xc2\xb7 Able to multitask under pressure and time management is a key quality.\xc2\xb7 You will be educated to a good level and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent use of Microsoft Office is essential including Outlook, Word and Excel.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment is desirable.\xc2\xb7 Ability to follow company policies and practices.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
