Job Description

1. Financial Reporting: Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, and regularly report to top management on income, expenditure, and any variances from

the budget. The Zoho to be true reflection of the state of accounting in the company.

2. Guiding and supervising the team for regular accounting

3 . Audit and Liaison: Resolve internal and statutory audit queries and liaise with auditors

for successful completion of audit.

4. Banking and Financial Operations: Manage banking activities for the organization/directors and liaison with bankers. Manage personal accounts of

directors and one passive NRI account.

5. Accounts Payable: Check account payable entries, obtain approval from senior

management, and complete payments via the banking portal. All banking passwords to be

maintained with the right security in place.

6. Accounting Entries: Manage short-term/long-term capital gain entries and bank

reconciliation.

7. Payroll and Incentives: Oversee attendance, salary and incentive processing, ensuring

timely payouts.

8. Statutory Requirements: Maintain an understanding of statutory requirements

Job Purpose related to Income Tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC,

Gratuity, etc.

9. Asset and Portfolio Management: Oversee asset and portfolio management, including

Mediclaim for companies and directors.

10. Professional Relationships: Develop external relationships with appropriate

contacts, including statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and statutory organizations.

11. Cost Reduction: Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction

opportunities.

12. Tax and Compliance: Handle income tax- related matters for directors, employees, and

vendors, including advance tax entries, P&L finalization, balance sheet, and income tax

filing. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and MSME regulations.

13. Documentation Management: Manage all documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Verify freelancer invoices and support.

Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

Zoho Software knowledge and experience is add on advantage.

Experience using financial software. Advanced MS Excel skills

Knowledge of financial regulations

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Sharp time management skills

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Very good English speaking communication skills

Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus.

Other Requirement Zoho Software knowledge and experience is add on advantage.

Pay: ?416,730.97 - ?800,000.00 per year
