Job Title : "Accounts Manager"

Experience : Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Accountant

Gender : Male candidates Only

Location : Chennai (Ashok Number)

Job Pro?ile :-

? Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

? Handling day-to-day accounting

? Matching the commission statement with MIS & Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

? Handling all banking related works

? Communicating with Insurance Companies for payments.

? Coordinating with outsourced agencies for remittances through Internet banking and keeping track of them

? Reconciliation of GST with the books and coordination with the outsourced agency for making GSTR 1 & 3B

? Periodic Reconciliation of 26AS.

? Coordinating the auditors for Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of ?ixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

? Handling petty cash statements from various branches and making book entries accordingly

? Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Requirement :

? Bachelor's/Masters degree in accounting or its equivalent

? Experience in service sector will be an added advantage

? Pro?iciency in Tally & MS Of?ice

? Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant

? Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes

? Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics

? Good team player

? Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

? Organizational and time-management skills

Special Requirements :-

? Must be ready for exponential learning with a senior and experienced Professional.

? Must possess complete working knowledge of computers and should be ready to work in IT enabled environment.

? Must be willing to undertake work related travel within the city.

CTC: 4.5 Lakh per annum
