Basic Requirements about CandidateThe person should essentially be from Diamond Industry.job location- Surat ( and need only locally candidates)In terms of Education - Minimum education level required - B.Com. Additionally if CA Inter / M.Com candidates are there, would be preferredShould have at least 7 - 10 years of experienceGood at using Computers, especially - excelThe candidate should be hands on with preparations of Financial Statements in line with Companies Act - or at least should have independently handled the preparation of Balance Sheet / Financial StatementsBasic knowledge of process flow of diamond industry - which culminates with smooth accounting process, controls, checks and balances with regards to day to day transactions.Knowledge of Income Tax / GST. Should be independently able to file the monthly / quarterly / yearly returns and see to it all statutory compliances are properly adhered toSupervise and monitor on a weekly basis the inventory controls - physicals checks with systems entries, tally books entries etcPreparation of Monthly MIS, Profitability statements and presenting the same to ManagementWe are looking for a candidate who can join us within a notice period of 30 days or less.
