We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team at Pune Airport. As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, including employee timekeeping, wage calculations, and payroll tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payments to staff.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing support and documentation as required, and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes, preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
