We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of financial management, including sales billing, e-invoicing, auditing procedures, GST compliance, and contributing to the finalization of the balance sheet. The Accounts Manager will report directly to the Finance Manager and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Billing:

Handle sales billing for all sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage billing processes for transactions amounting to approximately 100 crore.

E-Invoicing:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of e-invoicing systems.

Ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations and standards.

Overall Audit:

Conduct comprehensive audits of all financial transactions and records.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Financial Procedures Specification:

Develop and document financial procedures related to purchases, GST compliance, and other relevant areas.

Regularly review and update procedures to reflect changes in regulations and business needs.

Balance Sheet Finalization:

Collaborate with the finance team to finalize the balance sheet and other financial statements.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.

Other Accounts/Finance Related Work:

Undertake any other accounts or finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
