Job Title : Accounts Manager
Job Time : 9.30 to 6.30

Location : Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

We are a dynamic tech-based start-up leveraging AI to drive impactful research solutions for companies. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to make a meaningful impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management : Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
• Audit Coordination : Manage both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• General Ledger Oversight : Handle ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Payroll Processing : Execute payroll processing and reconciliation duties efficiently.
• Revenue and Expense Management : Ensure proper revenue recognition and oversee expense management.
• Month-End and Year-End Closings : Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing activities on time.
• Policy Development : Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Financial Reporting : Analyze accounting data to produce regular financial reports and statements.
• Budget and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting processes.
• Tax Compliance : Manage GST and TDS compliance, ensuring accurate calculation, timely filing, and tax payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial software and accounting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
