: Accounts Division About Us We are a financial services company with branches in the Middle East and headquarters in Kacheripady, Kerala. Job Openings We are hiring for our accounts division, with a preference for candidates experienced in the financial services sector. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee company finances, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and present reports to management.
- Manage cash flow and banking activities.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare client statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and address audit findings.
- Supervise and guide accounting staff.
- Collaborate with tax consultants for tax planning and compliance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including team management.
- Background in commerce (M.com, B.com, MBA, CA, ACCA, CMA).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Ability to create financial reports.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Immediate availability within 4 to 7 days.
- Preference for candidates based in Ernakulam.
