Oversee company finances, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and present reports to management.
Manage cash flow and banking activities.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare client statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and address audit findings.
Supervise and guide accounting staff.
Collaborate with tax consultants for tax planning and compliance.
Qualifications / Skills / Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience, including team management.
Background in commerce (M.com, B.com, MBA, CA, ACCA, CMA).
Proficiency in advanced Excel.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Ability to create financial reports.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Immediate availability within 4 to 7 days.
Preference for candidates based in Ernakulam.
