Job Responsibilities- Should have thorough knowledge of Accounting & Taxation- Can act as Team Leader and to report to CFO / Accounts Head & DirectorsAccounts:1. Daily checking of vouchers entered by Junior Accountant2. Daily checking of Bank Reconciliation3. To maintain stock on monthly basis with books4. To make online Bank Payment to vendors5. To maintain correct receivables and to send correct Receivables Report to Management6. Has to reconcile the Inter Company / Branch Ledgers7. Has to reconcile ledgers with Payables8. To get maintained bookkeeping from accounts team9. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently10. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information11. Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this12. Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments13. Resolving payroll discrepancies14. Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures15. Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as neededTaxation:1. Proper knowledge of current TDS & TCS & GST knowledge2. To pass an entry of TDS deduction & TCS collection in books3. To make TDS & TCS Payment on monthly basis and file TDS & TCS Return online4. To file GSTR -1 & 3B on monthly basis on his own before reconciling GST Output & Input i.e. GSTR - 2A / 2B with the booksBanking:1. Monthly Bank Reports - Stock2. Preparation of documents related Bank Renewal3. Quarterly Report to BankGeneral:1. To prepare Monthly P & L and submit it to Management2. To prepare Half Yearly & Yearly Balance Sheet3.
