Job Description

Accounting -

• Supervise and maintain up to date accounting functions in compliance to legal and management requirements.
• Create and maintain strict control procedures for all financial transactions including but not limited to purchase, direct and indirect expense.
• Responsible to report Inventory valuation accurately to management
• Able to handle & guide a team

Compliance -

• Responsible for Handling and compliance of all external requirements like GST, Auditing, Banking.
• Responsible for compliance to statutory bodies including ESI, PF, PT by monitoring HRA dept for such compliance.
• Finalization of accounts and filing as per company law requirement and IT filing

Payment administration-

• Coordinate with customers for submission of all payment related documents follow up and clarification of any finance related matters.
• Pass vendor bills and pay the same as per credit period agreed upon.

Budget and cash-flow -

• Preparation of Project-wise budgets in coordination with estimation and management and report variance promptly as it occurs for mitigation to Management.
• Responsible for preparation and tracking cash-flow statements in line with customer payment terms, project plan and budget and report variance promptly to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting

Requirement:

• BCOM with CA intermediate, ICWA intermediate preferred
• PMP certificate holder is a plus
• Total 10 years experience in Accounts , Min 3 years as a Manager/ Asst.Manager - Accounts
• Computer skill, Tally must
• Candidate preferably from Construction, project-based, facade or manufacturing Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
