Job Description


Process customer payments and apply them to customer accounts. 2)Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and Resolve customer billing disputes. 3)Generate and send invoices to customers. 4)Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain customer accounts in the accounting system. 5)Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment. 6)Assist with month-end closing activities and assist with other accounting tasks as needed. 7) Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements. 8)Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and procedures (SOP). 9)Booking Journal, Provision for expenses, RCM Entries. 10) E-commerce B2B (Big Basket, Citymall , Apnaclub , Reliance , RK world) preparing ageing report and outstanding report and follow for due payments. 11)Processing of employee reimbursement. 12)Assisting in GSTR Working- GSTR-1 Monthly, GSTR 3B Monthly, Input Tax credit reconciliations (GSTR2B) monthly.Required Skills accounts assistant, accounts ecommerce, accounts executive
