• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Accounts Management: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and provide insights to optimize financial performance.
• Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits with efficiency and accuracy.
• Operations Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as inventory, purchase, and dispatch to ensure smooth operational movement, proper coordination, and delivery excellence.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving financial and operational systems.
• Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all dealings.

• Age - 33 years+
• Experience - both in finance and operations is must. Should have worked in trading or manufacturing company. (experience only in service industry, do not apply)
• Knowledge - Finance, commercials, inventory and operations.
• Skill - Tally, ERP like Odoo or similar ERP, Advanced Excel, Coordination skills, good in planning, prioritising, communication with teams, organising skills, etc.
