Job Title: Full-Time Accounts Manager (E-commerce)

We are a fast-growing menswear fashion brand known for high-quality apparel across both online marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Shopify) and offline B2B channels. We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure smooth order processing, inventory, and dispatch management. This role demands a candidate experienced in e-commerce accounting, with the ability to multitask across finance and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting & Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and bank entries using Zoho Books with no guidance required.
• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and record-keeping for B2B and B2C transactions .
• Handle GST compliance and filing for sales and expenses, ensuring timely submissions.
• Generate monthly financial reports including P&L statements, Balance Sheets , and other management reports.
• Oversee pending dues and collections to maintain an up-to-date pending dues statement .
• E-commerce Marketplace & B2B Account Management:
• Reconcile commissions, payments, and logistics charges across online marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Shopify .
• Oversee B2B order processing , ensure payments are tracked, and generate accurate invoices for all transactions.
• Regularly monitor and analyze monthly sales performance , flagging discrepancies and reporting on key trends.
• Expense Tracking & Reconciliation:
• Monitor all expenses, payments, and reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations to match entries with financial records in Zoho Books.
• Update and maintain records for supplier/vendor payments and the accounts payable ledger .
• Order Processing & Dispatch Oversight:
• Oversee the order processing and packing teams , ensuring timely dispatches .
• Verify and generate challans for shipments, while also checking forward and return shipments for accuracy.
• Monitor and ensure smooth dispatch operations in line with agreed TATs (turnaround times).
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare and submit monthly GST reports in collaboration with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate records for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
• Provide detailed reports on sales, expenses, profitability , and other financial KPIs for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the apparel or retail industry .
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is essential, with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting independently.
• Strong understanding of GST compliance and filing procedures.
• Prior experience overseeing e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.) is a must.
• Experience in order processing and dispatch oversight is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
