  • Overseeing and coordinating logistical operations and administration, including transportation, inventory management, man management and warehousing.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory.
  • Day to day production inventory/ stock update.
  • Developing strategies to optimise the flow of goods through the supply chain.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Managing contracts and negotiations rates with vendors and third-party logistics providers.
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse and manufacturing team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
\xc2\xb7 Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
  • Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items;
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the garment manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in logistics, warehouse management, administration, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb936,750.74 per month Schedule:
