Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with Financial Record Keeping: Help maintain accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Support Accounts Payable and Receivable: Aid in the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile Accounts: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights to the accounting team.
• Perform Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Manage Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
• Learn and Apply Accounting Principles: Continuously expand your knowledge of accounting principles and practices through hands-on experience and guidance from senior accountants.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting team to support overall department goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
