Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our finance team. The intern will support the accounting department with daily tasks, help maintain accurate financial records, and gain hands-on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Help with the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Aid in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Assist in the implementation and management of accounting software and tools.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information.
• Support the accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Minimum education qualification of 12th pass; pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Age range: 18 to 30 years.
