DEEPAK CHEMTEX LTD - established in 1997 is located in Lote Parshuram industrial Area, Lote in Ratnagiri District which is half way from Mumbai to Goa. DCPL manufactures colourants used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, confectionery, feeds and ink jet inks. Our production capacity is 1200 metric tonnes per annum. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with glass lined reactors and stainless-steel equipment and gets audited on a regular basis by our clients from the USA and EU. All our products carry HALAL & KOSHER certification.

Your Responsibilities to DCPL as follows

Monthly GST return filing perfectly on time

To ensure all payments only after approval & preparation of all accounting vouchers such as cash, bank, journals, etc.

To prepare reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis & report to the concerned department/office.

Follow up with creditors who have not filed the GST returns, to ensure we receive the credit

TDS payment before due date and subsequent TDS return filing.

Coordination with tax consultant to generate Provident fund and subsequent follow up for the same before the due date.

Ensuring PTRC, PTEC payment and subsequent compliances with annual returns filing.

Payment of Advance Tax on time to avoid any kind of Penal Interest for the Company.

TCS Deduction - Payment - Return filing.

Communication - Coordination - Cooperation with all the above to Government Departments/Officers providing them Information as required from time to time.

Communication with bank and its Headquarters for any information they require or reduce the Bank Interest Rate and to provide them regular data of Balance sheet etc.

Communication - Coordination - Constant follow up with Auditors for Accounts finalization of Balance sheet (Monthly & Quarterly) to see the performance of the Company and report to MD.

Monitoring Sales turnover, Debtors, Creditors of the company on a monthly basis and to provide & maintain accounting system for the financial records of a Company.

To maintain and Update all Accounting information ready into tally reference to the Managing Director whenever required.

To ensure all the bills are paid properly and timely, prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Proven experience in TCS filing or tax compliance roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
