• Manage internal audit and statutory audits ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash inflows and outflows, optimizing working capital, and implementing cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis.
• Generate advanced level reports using MS Excel, presenting financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, providing financial insights and guidance throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices, and incorporate them into financial operations.

Work Experience:

• 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 Years

Qualification:

• Chartered accountant/ MBA in Finance
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with experience in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software applications.
• Preferably working in a Listed company
• Must have knowledge of IND-AS
