Dear CandidatesWe are looking for Finanace and Accounts Managger for Our Client location _Chennai Job Summary: The Finance and Account Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. The role involves managing financial risks, strategic planning, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. The Finance and Account Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: o Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. o Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. o Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions. 2. Accounting: o Oversee the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. o Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. o Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. 3. Financial Reporting: o Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and stakeholders. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies. o Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. 4. Risk Management: o Identify and mitigate financial risks. o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. o Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. 5. Strategic Planning: o Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. o Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. o Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial due diligence. 6. Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. o Ensure team members are trained and up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and best practices. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, and Qualified Chartered Accountant Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Skills: Financial analysis and modeling. Budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software. Risk management and internal control implementation.
