Job Summary: The Finance and Account Manager will oversee the company\'s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. The role involves managing financial risks, strategic planning, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. The Finance and Account Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: o Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. o Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. o Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
2. Accounting: o Oversee the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. o Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. o Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
3. Financial Reporting: o Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and stakeholders. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies. o Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
4. Risk Management: o Identify and mitigate financial risks. o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. o Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
5. Strategic Planning: o Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. o Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. o Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial due diligence.
6. Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. o Ensure team members are trained and up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and best practices. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, and Qualified Chartered Accountant \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and team management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 High attention to detail and organizational skills.
