We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to join our construction company. As the Accounts & Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations and ensure the efficient management of the company\'s finances. This role requires exceptional expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project department for support of tendering such as ,EMD ,Security Deposits,Performance guarantee ,Finalise profitability of project ,Solvency & other document for tendering like balance sheet etc as per the employer requirement in tender
- Support Project Admin & Technical department for agreement
- Prepare procedures for finalizing suppliers / sub contract hire other heads to be implemented in head office & projects
- Profitability statements to be made weekly with updated statement from site on a daily basis
- Planning & preparing sales receivable in coordination with admin / project manager / project engineer
- Prepare a calendar for reminding monthly commitments like EMI & other payments
- Assign & Monitor duties of Junior Accountant

- Coordinate with the bank regarding the facilities like OD / Bank guarantee and monthly stock statement
- Renewal of OD limits yearly & finalize the sanction order condition
- Bank reconciliation
- Transfers
- GST /Income Tax / ESI/PF/Accounting & Finalizing
- Balance Sheet
- Coordinate with CA / Tax Authorities
- Attendance , Salary , ESI & PF
- Experience in Construction industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred -
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry -
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls -
