Incorporated in 1995, Applied RealTech Systems Private Limited, ( ), also known commonly in the industry as "ARTS" is a vibrant and dynamic company that provides a suite of solutions and development platforms to its customers in the areas of Analog, Digital, RF, VLSI & Embedded Design.The Development platforms and solutions from our key principals Keysight Technologies, USA, offer a broad range of Technology-based tools and solutions for Researchers, Educators, Scientists, Engineers, and Technicians enabling new innovative projects and inventions.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant and Finance Head to lead our finance department in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with expertise in tools like Tally and other industry-standard software. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth.RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA qualification preferred). Semi qualified CA and ICWA with relevant experience will also be considering

• 6-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Exception will be made to semi-qualified candidates

• Proficiency in Tally and other financial tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books.

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing finance for medium to large organizations.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Strong understanding of financial risk management.
