• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and account summaries.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Account Maintenance:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and customer service, to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on account status and performance.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues that arise with client accounts.
• Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to minimize future issues.
