JD - Account & Finance Monthly Expenses Report Department wise, Head wise Opex, Capex & General, Payment Tracker Sheet Update weekly, Project & Product wise Costing & Commercial proposal, PO vs Payment Tracker Sheet Update, Bank Reconciliation, Intern Company Ledger Reconciliation GST Reconciliation, Department wise Monthly Inventory Consumption Sheet Prepared and Physical Verification, Prepare Budget Opex and Capex, Finalisation with Management, Monitoring Budget Opex and Capex on monthly basis, Raise the flag in advance to ensure budget limits, Prepared Quarterly TDS Data for TDS Return, Prepared GST return Data GSTR 3B, GSTR 1, Prepared GSTR Reconciliation Data for GSTR 2B vs Tally Purchase, Prepared Statutory Data.PF,ESIC,TDS,PT, Prepared Working Depreciation, Security Deposit, Provision Working Sheet, Loan Interest Calculation, Prepared Expenses and insurance, working sheet, Statutory Tracker Sheet, Government Liaoning related finance compliances, Assist to prepare document as per audit compliance and Submit, Facilitate all audits with required Data, Coordinate with HO for Audit readiness, Raise sales Invoice, Po and Management, Collection of revenues, reconciliation and follow-up, Issue PO after necessary approvals & GMP practices, Tally entry on live basis after necessary approvals, Manage Petty cash, Email reply within 24 hours, Vendor Bill payment adhoc basis, payment on approval, Monthly Bill payments / facility vendors / insurances/ service providers etc., Admin related general purchase to be ensured and monitor, Reconciliation & account ledger scrutiny related to vendor issues Qualifications UG: Inter CA/Coast Accountant/B. Com in Commerce PG: M. Com in Commerce Experience Required: 4 - 7 years minimum
