Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience in managing financial records, and a solid understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Record Keeping:

Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into the accounting system (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).

Reconciliation:

Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

GST and Tax Filing:

Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related documentation in compliance with the law.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Payroll Management:

Process employee payroll and ensure all statutory deductions (e.g., EPF, ESI) are applied correctly.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Vendor and Client Communication:

Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.

Audit Preparation:

Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.

Other Duties:

Assist senior management in any ad-hoc financial tasks or reporting needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.

Software Knowledge:

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.

Tax Knowledge:

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and clients.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify issues and provide solutions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI). Knowledge of auditing procedures and internal controls. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
