Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Chennai. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for the following:
Accounts Responsibilities
• Handing all Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Invoicing and coordinating collections from company debtors
• Processing and making payments to vendors
• Ensuring all journal entries are posted accurately and in-time
• Setting up and furnishing MIS reports on periodic basis
• Review of trial Balance for accuracy and corrections
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting in GST reconciliations
• Assisting the senior finance manager in book-keeping, audit and statutory filing requirements
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives for increase efficiency of the finance function
Admin Responsibilities
• Lease administration to ensure tenant's compliance with lease agreements
• Assist in drafting and editing legal documents with direction from senior personnel of the company
• Working with externally engaged company secretary to coordinate company compliance and filing matters
• Serving as HQ support to site staff
Qualifications
• BCom degree from a reputed college
• Minimum 2 years' experience in finance & accounting function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Tally
• Experience in Zoho is a plus
• Real estate related finance & accounting experience is a plus
• Excellent command of English
• Understanding of basic legal documentation preparation is an advantage

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
