Accounts Executive

to join our team and manage key financial operations.

We are seeking an

Accounts Executive

with knowledge of

Income Tax, GST, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling

day-to-day accounting tasks, tax compliance, and financial documentation.

The role also involves handling external tasks related to government offices and business transactions in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounts using

Tally

with accuracy and efficiency. Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, posting transactions, and reconciling accounts. Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and financial records. Prepare financial statements and reports. Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data. Liaise with banks, auditors, and government offices for financial and compliance-related matters. Handle office-related external work, including visits to taxation departments, municipal offices, and other government authorities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Minimum

B. Com/M. Com (Commerce Graduate)

.

Experience:

At least

1-3 years

in an accounting, finance, or taxation-related role. Strong knowledge of

Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations

.

Proficiency in Tally

and

MS Office (Excel, Word)

. Strong understanding of

accounting principles and financial reporting

. Excellent

numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

.

Gujarati typing skills would be an added advantage.

Strong

attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

. Good

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Local candidates preferred

(Surendranagar or nearby areas).
