Experience and Qualifications: B com/M com
Should be well verse with Tally, Excel, GST & TDS Statutory acts.
Exposure in Construction company will be an added advantage.
Opening is IMMEDIATE.
1.Process Quotation, invoices, purchase orders Prepare daily cash position and check items
2. Manage and record company expenses (Handled Petty Cash)
3. Manage account payable, account receivable, and payroll documents.
4. Scan and file all paper documents and maintain the entire filing system for the accounting department.
5.Receive and deposit cash and check payments as well as reconciled records and bank transactions
6.Perform debit, credit, and totals for client's accounts on computer spreadsheets, using Excel.
7. Keep Tally data, up to date.
8.Reconcile bank balances; recorded general ledger entries
9. Handle invoices from vendors as well as customers on a daily basis.
10. Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
11.Prepare weekly confidential reports for presentation to management.
