Responsibilities
The role would need a Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the company\'s customer accounts, including preparing invoices, receiving payments, and following up on delinquent accounts.
The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the accounting and sales team.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software(Quick Books)
Proven experience in Account Receivable or interacting with client.
Good understanding of statutory compliances.
Remain in close communication with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and specifications.
Manage and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
Receive and process customer payments and prepare daily bank deposits
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Follow up on delinquent accounts and communicate with customers regarding overdue balances
Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts.
