Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Manage accounting processes up to the finalization stage.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain statutory documents and reports for Audit Report and ROC compliance.
- Handle salary and related expenses accounting in Tally.
- Generate and reconcile bank statements, including handling Bank Guarantees/EMD/Tender Payments.
- Stay updated with statutory and IT-related changes, ensuring compliance with TDS, GST, IT, and PT regulations.
- Process TDS, GST, IT, and PT related payments and E-returns (GSTR1/GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, TDS).
- Manage GSTR Returns, MSME Returns, ROC Returns, and PT Returns.
- Handle E-Invoice and E-way Bills generation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct GST reconciliation and prepare GSTR-9 summary as per CA/Auditors requirements.
- Coordinate with CA for Tax Matters, including attending hearings and follow-ups for pending matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime and MS Office suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance procedures.
- Updated knowledge of taxation regulations and IT-related changes.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities for reconciling data and meeting deadlines.
