As an ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for monitoring all financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Roles and Responsibilities of an Account Executive \xc2\xb7 Identifying and solving the conflicts related to payments. \xc2\xb7 Managing invoice of everyday transaction. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining accurate financial records. \xc2\xb7 Requires good knowledge in accounting software\xe2\x80\x99s, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement, reports and etc. \xc2\xb7 Co-working with the other functional departments. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely bank payments. \xc2\xb7 Prepare budget forecasts. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Experience with general ledger functions. Requirement and skills: \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a accounts executive or similar role. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. \xc2\xb7 In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of accounting regulations \xc2\xb7 Time-management abilities. \xc2\xb7 Confidentiality. \xc2\xb7 B.com degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field \xc2\xb7 Additional certification is a plus.
